    • No experience is necessary! Our classes are designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

    • Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a water bottle. Some props (blocks, straps) are available in the studio.

    • You can book online through our website, via our app, or at the studio reception. Advance booking is recommended to secure your spot.

    • We offer a flexible cancellation policy. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.

    • Yes! Private and semi-private sessions are available for personalized guidance. Contact us to schedule.

    • Yes, we have live-streamed classes and on-demand videos available for members.

    • We offer Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and specialized workshops for stress relief, flexibility, and strength.

    • Yes, we offer class packages, monthly memberships, and drop-in rates. Check our pricing page for details.

    • Our instructors can provide modifications to accommodate most injuries or conditions. Please inform your instructor before class.

    • Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes early to settle in, especially if it’s your first class.
