Daily Essentials & Schedule
Helpful information about daily routines, drop-off and pick-up times, breaks, and what children should bring each day to feel comfortable and prepared.
To help your child feel comfortable throughout the day, please bring:
🌼 A labeled water bottle
🌼 A change of clothes
🌼 Comfortable indoor shoes
🌼 Any required personal items (as needed)To ensure a smooth and calm start and end to the day, we kindly ask families to follow these time windows:
🐝 Drop-off: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
🐝 Pick-up: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PMChildren enjoy regular breaks throughout the day to recharge and relax.
🌿 Snack and lunch breaks are scheduled daily
🌿 Quiet rest time is offered in the early afternoon
🌿 Calm activities are available for children who do not napPlease dress children comfortably and appropriately for daily activities and outdoor play.
🌼 Weather-appropriate clothing
🌼 Comfortable clothes suitable for movement and play
🌼 A light jacket or sweater for cooler days
🌼 Seasonal items as needed (hat, rain boots, etc.)🐞 Children should stay home if they feel unwell
🐞 Please inform us of any allergies or medical needs
🐞 Medication guidelines will be shared with enrolled familiesIf your child will be absent or arrive later than usual, please let us know in advance whenever possible.
