About Us
Our Origin Story
In 2018, a small group of local divers and ocean enthusiasts gathered on a storm-battered harbor after noticing an unprecedented accumulation of ghost nets and single-use plastics choking local tide pools.
Rather than waiting for delayed policy responses, they grabbed buckets, gloves, and dive gear. Within six months, what began as a 10-person weekend sweep blossomed into a regional coalition of 3,000+ active volunteers across 50 coastal zones.
