In this role, you will answer inbound calls, address questions or concerns, and guide callers to the appropriate resources or departments. Strong communication skills, patience, and attention to detail are essential for delivering excellent service. You will also document interactions and follow up when necessary to ensure issues are resolved. Training and support will be provided to help you become confident and effective in assisting all callers.
